Join the UIHS Cultural Resources and Events Committee as a Community Member

Seeking Individuals with traditional, cultural and special knowledge to enhance the committee’s goals, projects and events.

3 Community Seats – 2 Year Terms Available Until Filled

Criteria:

  • Must be a registered UIHS Eligible Indian Beneficiary Client
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have cultural, traditional, or specialized knowledge
  • Must consent to and pass a background check

Submit a letter of interest containing the following information:

  • A description of your cultural, traditional , and/or special knowledge as an American Indian/Alaska Native community member
  • How your experience may enhance the Cultural Resources and Event Committee’s purposes, projects, and events.
