Transportation Services
We provide limited transportation services to eligible clients in Humboldt and Del Norte County seeking clinic services for a better opportunity to access care. Transportation services can be scheduled through Front Office Assistants of the specific care you wish to receive (Medical, Dental, Vision, Tribal Public Health).
