UIHS Pharmacy Services is dedicated to providing quality, accurate and timely service for medication processing and prescription dispensing. A full time pharmacy is located at Potawot Health Village in Arcata.

Additionally, (707) 825-5023 or 1 800 697-0888 is a dedicated telephone line is available for you to call at your convenience to refill your regular prescriptions.
Free mailing of prescriptions within the State of California to EIB’s
There is a zero copay for EIB’s on formulary medications.
The Potawot UIHS Pharmacy in Arcata currently delivers to these clinics: Klamath, Weitchpec, Crescent City and Smith River
American Health Care Card services will no longer be honored after Nov 1, 2017. Clients must get medications mailed to their address of choice or delivered to the UIHS clinic of their choice.
