Dental Services same day appointments are available for clients experiencing dental emergencies, dental pain, tooth sensitivity, swelling, and/or uncontrolled bleeding. Clients must call first to be triaged. Calling helps us to determine the client’s need and time allowance.

If clients are unable to receive dental treatment at a same day/emergency appointment, clients may be rescheduled to have a dental procedure completed at a different time.

Keeping appointments avoids compromising care.  Arriving 10 or more minutes late to any scheduled appointment time may be cause for rescheduling if there is insufficient time for planned treatment.

Allow 20 minutes to update any required paperwork and check-in prior to your scheduled appointment.Dental Services requires a legal guardian to accompany and remain present during appointments for minors (under the age of 18 years).  Legal guardians are asked to complete a medical history, sign legal consent, and complete any necessary paperwork at each and every minor client’s appointment.

We understand that situations may come up in today’s busy world that are beyond client control. Time, trained staff, and equipment are reserved for each procedure. Missed appointments add to the cost of care when reserved treatment rooms are left empty.
