Human Resources Supervisor
Assists HR Director with all functions within HR section including management of benefits programs, leaves of absence, policies, procedures, job descriptions, employee relations and HR personal files accuracy and integrity. Also acts as the primary point of contact when the HR Director is absent and will maintain the professional knowledge and understanding of UIHS policies and procedures in recruiting, training, development, performance management and credentialing/privileging to fulfill that responsibility.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Educational degrees must be from a US Department of Education accredited school. •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field, and two (2) years' experience in a generalist position; or •Associate's Degree in administration, business, human resources or related field, and four (4) years of work experience in mid-level generalist role. •Equivalent combination of education and experience. •Experience in managing corporate and employee files and documents, benefits, leaves of absence, and employee relations required. •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels within UIHS.
