Administration Assistant- CHW
A full-time administrative assistant to support our Centers for Disease Control grants. Specific responsibilities will be to maintain and file paper and electronic grant documentation, assist with planning and implementation of community meetings, activities, and events, assist with ordering meetings supplies, outreach supplies, incentives, food, etc., and assist with reserving venues for community meetings, activities, and events. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Educational degrees must be from a US Department of Education accredited school. High School diploma or equivalent.
